Located in the Cromwell Mall, Fusée Rouge serves as a gathering place for locals and visitors of all ages. Whether you need a latte, a delicious salad and coffee to go, or a comfortable couch to sip tea and read, Fusée Rouge is the place you are looking for. We are proud to serve "Supreme" coffee. Our cabinet is full of fresh slices, cakes, salads, sandwiches, paninis and filled rolls freshly made in house daily and we make free fluffys for your children. We also serve seafood chowder in winter.

Eggs Benedict served on a toasted bagel – salmon, mushroom or bacon, hollandaise and spinach, poached eggs.
3 egg omelette (3 fillings), bacon, mushroom tomato, cheese, fela rocket, ham, onion.
French Toast with bacon, maple and grilled banana.
Gluten Free Hotcakes with bacon and banana or banana and blueberries.
Toasted bagel with either jam and cream cheese or salmon, cream cheese, capers.
Toasted Sandwich (3 fillings) cheese, ham, pineapple, bacon, egg, mushroom, tomato, onion.
Nachos with chilli beans, cheese, sour cream and avocado.
